summer veggies in season that go great with steak (and can be grilled!) are squash, onion, bell pepper, green beans ... buy them fresh, sprinkly with olive oil and season salt, and place into a foil pouch. you can steam them right on the grill, just place the pouch on the grill with the steaks. or you can cut all the veggies into chunks and skewer them, brush with oil and salt and place directly on the grill. they get nice and charbroiled ... yum.

When I grill outside I like to take some sliced bell peppers red, yellow and green - or which ever one u have on hand, red onion, mushrooms and zucchini slice everything in bite sized peices, place in bowl add oil to coat, season with salt, pepper you can actually use what ever it is u are seasoning the steaks with to the veggies and u can ad some garlic cloves in there too; then place all the veggies in some heavy duty foil - if u dont have that double your foil wrap the whole thing up tight and put it on the grill for about 20 mins - good luck

Most veggies are great on the grill - cut and slice - red or green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, and minced garlic - drizzle with olive oil and add a dash of salt, pepper and lemon pepper. You can wrap them in foil packets so they don't fall through the grill or use a grill wok.

Oh, man your choices are endless! Potato is always a good choice, you could slice zuchini and squash and rub them in garlic and olive oil... grilled asparagus parmesan is always a hit! I love grilled peppers too.

Also, slice some oninions into rounds and skewer them with kabobs (like a lollipop) so they don't fall through the grill--they're excellent!

You can grill any vegetable and it will come out great!

Try these 3 different options:
1. Sliced Red Onion, White Onion, Red, Green and Yellow Bell Peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, butter, salt and ground white pepper. All inside a foil bag for 10 minutes.

2. Asparagus, Broccolli, minced garlic, olive oil, half a lime juice - grilled (Very nice balance of acids will help with your red wine.

3. Small red potatoes cutted in quarters, rosemary, thyme, oregano, canola butter, olive oil, salt, sliced garlic (big chunks), dry chilli flake, paprika. Cook it inside a foil bag until tender. Finish it with cilantrillo and parsley on top of it.

You may combine any ingredient as desired.

Onions, zucchini, asparagus, eggplant. Anything that generally cooks quickly. Be sure to brush on a little olive oil before grilling. Red wine -- cabernet or a good old vine Zinfandel (that's the red kind).

Asparagus goes really well with a steak and red wine pairing. You can also grill slices of tomato by marinating them first in olive oil and basil, then layer it will a thin slice of mozzarella or boccacini cheese.
