I wish there were a cure! I have 2 diabetics in my household, both with a variety of different symptoms and ailments. I do know of a product that has drastically improved their conditions....one has balanced her blood sugar, which she was unable to do before. She was prone to fainting and excessive sweating, those symptoms have disappeared. The other has brought his blood pressure down quite a bit and also the swelling in his feet. The color is now returning to his feet as his circulation is improving. Medicine is necessary for diabetics, but doesn't seem to help with their other symptoms. The side effects of some of the meds require them to go on more medication which has yet more side effects! So they end up over-medicated and that creates a whole new batch of problems!
Contact me for more information on how we are lessening their side effects.

Not yet...but several approaches to "cure" diabetes are being pursued:
* Pancreas transplantation
* Islet cell transplantation (islet cells produce insulin)
* Artificial pancreas development
* Genetic manipulation (fat or muscle cells that don't normally make insulin have a human insulin gene inserted & then these "pseudo" islet cells are transplanted into people with type 1 diabetes)
* A gene therapy developed by researchers at Baylor College of Medicine has apparently cured diabetes in mice by inducing cells in the liver to become beta cells that produce insulin and three other hormones
