A wonderful recipe for shrimp stir fry, it is delicious!
Chop veggies in advance to save time, once your veggies are chopped, this stir fry takes only about 10 minutes to make. Use only white wine for this. Prep time uncludes chopping veggies. I have made this without the snow peas, it is still good but better with them added.
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2-3 fresh minced garlic cloves (or to taste)
1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger (can use more if desired)
40 medium shrimp, washed, peeled and uncooked (can use less shrimp)
2 cups snow peas (can use any amount desired)
2 1/2 cups broccoli florets
2 celery ribs, sliced diagonally
1 onion, chopped (can slice also)
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 1/2 cups bean sprouts
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons liquid honey
1/4 cup white wine
Serves 3-4

this is easy and fun !
take a large no # of really big shrimp.
make sure the have been deskinned
except the tails.
in a frying pan fry -red pepers-green peppers-yellow peppers
and some orange peppers-with onions and mushrooms.
cook them about 50 % and leave them aside-they will continue
to cook a little anyways until cool.
make a big pot of long grain rice-let cool.
now take your frying pan,and in it put
1/8 tsp of crushed chili powder
1/8 tsp of crushed cumin
1/8 tsp of crushed ( herbs provincial ).
1/2 tsp of crushed parsley.
2 tablespoons of galic butter - or make your own
bring to a slow boil, add your shrimp
cook for 1-5 minutes depending on their size
when done remove from pan.
now take a plate and put on a bed of rice (already made)
on top add the vegatable mushroom mix (already made)
on top add your shrimp 5-10 per person (already made ).
put under pre-heated broiler for about 3-5 minutes
uncovered.
or cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes
and serve with a light white wine.
this is a complete meal.
prep time is 1 hour.
good luck !

yes i do....use walkers cove jamacian marinade, make it as spicy as you want by diluteing it with water. and soak it for at least 3 to 4 hours... longer if poss. you can then throw them on the bar-b-que or even fry them if want, just coat them in a little flower with the marinade attached lol, them fry up with a nice zing and are mouth watering off the grill.
