Well first, just because it's golden brown doesn't mean it's all the way cooked. You need to take a fork, poke it & then push down on the meat with the fork & make sure there's no blood.
As far a sides, it really depends on what you like. I think rice a roni or macaroni & cheese & corn or mixed veggies.

I would serve with just boiled new potatoes and green salad. Or Cut up potatoes and other veg into chunks - drizzle with olive oil - maybe a herb and pop in the oven - 25 - 30 mins on 6-7 - Tastes yummy - even my kids said so!! Blimey!!!

Eat it while it's hot; but next time add side dishes, such as a starch (bread, potatoes, rice or pasta) and a vegetable (your favorite, or a mix) and a dessert. (Nothing too large, heavy or full of calories.) You are on your way to becoming a good cook!

Put it in a wrap with some salad and mayo or sour cream and salsa, serve with a spicy rice dish or toss it in a sald with some ceaser dressing and croutons and grated cheese.

I would add some healthy brown rice and a vegetable, such as asparagus, to it.
