Yes, there is actually this product that is kind of like plastic wrap, except for oral sex. What you do is place it on top of her vagina and then do the oral sex over that "wrap." Don't use regular plastic wrap, because there is a specially-made one for oral sex. Ask at the pharmacy. Otherwise, you can ask her to take a sexually transmitted diseases test and wait for the results to see if she has anything. Or you could avoid oral sex altogether.

If you're that worried about her having something, I would suggest not doing anything until she got tested. But, as the others said, ask the pharmacist, or go to an adult store. It isn't easy to ask a complete stranger, nor is it easy to walk into that kinda place if you are new to the whole thing, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
An easy way to approach her with it if you don't wana outright say "You might be icky, I don't wana touch you till your tested." would be to suggest that you both go get tested, and say that you wana make sure that you aren't going to give her anything if you do something with her.

Docs actually suggest using a condom...yuck...make sure that sucker isn't lubricated though. I would actually have to say that if you are really worried about disease maybe you should forgo oral or get a new girlfriend.

Either a dental dam, or plastic wrap.
Either will do the trick.
Of course having her get a test would be even better.

As we used to say in the Army, plastic wrap is a savior! If you think you should be worried, maybe you shouldn't be doing it.
