Well first - have you AKSED him? People can spread vicious rumors and it might not be true.
Second - you can go get a pap and all that, but it probably won't show up this soon. But if you are sexually active, and haven't had one, you really really should.
You should also talk to him about testing for other stds, as you should as well.
And don't have sex with someone before talking to them about stds. Check out the link I have below to learn more about HPV/genital warts, and other stds. Its so important that you learn this before you have sex.

Genital warts are cause by HPV (Human Papillomavirus). There are at least 30 different kinds of HPV, most don't do anything, but some kinds can cause genital warts, cervical cancer and even rectal cancer. It is the number one sexually transmitted disease in the world. Most people don't know they have it, because there really are no symptoms, that is why it is spread so easily.
Since you are already having sex with him, you might have already contracted HPV from him. They only way to know for sure is to go to your doctor or OBGYN and get a pap smear done. Woman usually find out they have HPV when their yearly pap comes back abnormal.
If you do have HPV you need to get a pap done every year at least! I have HPV and I have gotten cervical cancer and genital warts from it. Genital warts can be treated with creams, freezing them off, or burning them off. Cervical cancer however kills about 300,000 woman a year!
If you feel this is a reason to not date him, then don't date him, or at least make him wear condoms if you do. HPV is treatable. It is not life-threatening like some other STDS (as long as you are getting your yearly paps done!)
Hope this answered your questions. Good luck!

if you have had sex without protection. go and tell them and get a pap smear.Genital Warts (or condyloma) is a Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) caused by the human papilloma virus (HPV). The virus may cause wart-like bumps to form on the penis, in and around the vagina, on the cervix (opening to the womb), around the anus (butt), and rarely on the mouth. The virus is passed between people during anal, vaginal, and sometimes oral sex. These are NOT the same warts commonly found on hands and feet.
How are genital warts spread?
Many people carry the wart virus on their penis, in and around the vagina, or in and around the anus/rectum. Only a small number of these people develop warts that can be seen. It is passed with skin to skin contact during anal or vaginal sex. The wart virus is very common in adults who are sexually active.
Not everyone with the genital wart virus will have signs of disease. You may have painless wart-like growths on or in your sex organs or around your anus (butt). The warts may vary in size and be bumpy or flat. Sometimes special tests are needed to detect the wart virus.
They can be. For most people warts are only a bother, and are treated if you wish. If a woman has warts on the cervix (opening to the womb), they can be a problem. It is rare, but sometimes having warts can cause a woman to have a pap smear that is not normal, (including changes that may lead to cancer). For this reason, women with warts on the cervix should have a pap smear test (part of a pelvic exam) every six months to one year. Men and women who have warts on or inside the anus should have an exam every year.
Warts may return, even after treatment, this is because the virus stays in your skin once you are infected. You can pass the virus to your sex partners during vaginal or anal sex, even when you don't have warts you can see.

Stop f)*^$#@g him!Go to the doctor asap.Genital wort's can cause cervical cancer. They can be burned off but this can be a very unpleasant experience and doesn't always guarantee a cure.Do not continue to have sex with this guy even with a condom because they can spread to other areas on the body such as the legs, butt, and testicles.
