I'm good with spicy things and the funny thing is that when I'm sitting with my Indian friends eating Indian food they always start hissing when it gets hot, drinking hots of cold water and sweating like nuts, while I'm just breezing away having a good, spicy meal, I never break a sweat.

I like hot. Not only hot, but spicy.
I'm so used to heat it doesn't faze me, from Malay, Indonesian, Chinese, Indian food to whatever else has chilli on it.
Though not so much that I'd put pepper, chilli or chat masala in my tea/coffee/fruit juice.
They do that in India and I think its the most disgusting thing on Earth you could do, especially to tea and fruit juice - it's so pure and you taint it with spices. Yuck.

The hottest curry I have had is some Guyanese style chicken curry and it only made me want more. If it only burns your mouth the cook does not know what they are doing.

My husband and I had just gotten back from a year in England and we forgot that they make hotter food in the US, so my husband asked for the curry, as hot as they could make it (which is what we did in England to make the curry taste like anything). Well, it burned not only my mouth, but around my mouth. My eyes watered, but it tasted soooooo good. I think it was just aloo gobi.

It was an orange color curry in San Francisco. It made me feels awful and made me look like a cooked lobster. Got my normal appearance back after eating an ice cream cone from a Ben And Jerry's.
