Hey people why do you all insist that vegans are unhealthy people we are not and most of us eat right if you want to call us names then I will just have to start calling all the meat eaters out their names too! And I call an extreme vegetarian nothing cause its not nice to call names

an extreme vegetarian is a ovo-vegetarian...they dont eat dairy or meat...but on the other hand a vegan doesnt eat or use or support any animal products. But I dont consider a vegan a vegetarian; there in the own class be themselves :)

A fruitarian is a person who doesn't pick fruit, they wait for it to fall off the tree. They eat raw fruit and seeds.
These guys make vegan look positively mainstream!

Examples of extreme vegetarians are vegans, fruitarians, and those following a macrobiotic diet.

Someone with one foot in the grave and another on a banana peel.
Vegetarianism is EXTREMELY unhealthy even when done correctly. When done incorrectly (which is what most people do) it is very dangerous.

deluded. even vegetarians eat 'meat', they can't avoid it. All vegetables & grains (and especially "organically raised" vegetables) contain quite measurable quantities of insect & spider parts, it's impossible to prevent it. So they're eating meat anyway.
but it's the thought that counts...
