In the ATL, the best restaurant I've ever eaten at is called the SUNDIAL. It's on the top floor of some huge building and it revolves slowly so you can see an incredible view of the entire city as you eat. The food was unspeakably good- I had giant scallops w/ a spinach something and some delicious grit things.

Fire & Ice in Boston. It's amazing, especially their all you can eat option. You get all the food you want raw, then take it to the cooks in the middle with the sauce you want, and they cook it right there in the matter of minutes!
