I'm not a vege but hubby says I'm about there, i just don't like meat anymore. When i make spaghetti for the family i just don't put meat in my sauce. if you get pizza there are vege pizzas, a lot of burger places now have salads or you can get a hamburger with ought the burger. at some taco bells if you get a taco they will let you get refried beans in place of the meat. you just have to get creative or just leave out the meat.

ummm... dont eat it.
Soy proteins, boca, gardenburger, morningstar, are OK replacements. I havent had red meat in 10 years and have no intention of doing so. Stop eating it slowly...replce items with Turkey, Chicken, and perhaps u will be a "full" vegetarian at some point, as am I. Boca products are my fave by the way... :)

Well it all comes down to personal willpower, doesn't it? If you want to be vegetarian then just don't eat red meat. You will never be able to really avoid it unless you never leave your house again, so you have to make the conscience choice not to eat it.

you can at first go "cold turkey" lol!! like me or you can just substitute all of your meat products with veggie meats. You can just eat morningstar.com meats; availbale at your local Food Lion. 2.99 :) But yea when your out with your friends you can still go to burger king because they sell a veggieburger as well and its very good :)

IF you want to be vegetarian it isn't hard. You just replace red meat with other protein sources e.g. tofu and lentils. I dont really understand what you are worrying about.
