Jansson's Temptation. A Swedish friend used to make it, and we all loved it! Don't be put off by the anchovies - you barely taste them.

I make it quite a lot, and serve it on its own with a simple green salad.

We our having, Korv (Swedish sausage, I buy from my Church once a year).
Carrots with dill, mashed potatoes with rutabaga, and fish we caught in Pensacola bay 2 days ago.
The fish is cat, and I mixed corn meal, flour, and old bay spice.
I'm going to love this meal.
