The meatless steak and chicken strips (I think they're by Morningstar Farms--in a green bag--in the frozen food section) are great on the grill or cooked in a pan with veggies.

Stir fry with veggies, tofu and rice is good.
Hummus is good with tortilla chips.
Veggie pizza
Garden burgers/meatless hotdogs for grilling
Replace hamburger with TVP in your favorite recipes
Salad with all your favorite veggies

There is so much you can eat! Have you tried Crumbles, it is a beef substitute that I think is made by Morningstar. You can make tacos, nachos, spaghetti, lasagna everything you can make with ground beef. Salads are also fun one of my favorites is a Tomato and Onion salad, just chop up one onion and one tomato, splash some vinaigrette on top and a little salt and pepper umm, ummm delicious. I also have a recipe for Mac and Cheese if you still eat dairy products that is really good if you are interested.

BOCA products I find are the best, followed by Gardenburger brand. Morningstar are OK, but loaded with fats and other unhealthy ingredients to make them taste better. Morningstar is owned by Kraft, so....
Anyway, I find the protein, nutrional content and taste of Boca products work best.
Buy a comprehensive vegetarian cookbook/guide it will help. But if you hate to cook as I do, simply read labels and dig around at even you local/generic grocers you can find plenty to sustain your new lifestyle.

I make the same stuff non-vegetarians make except I dont put meat in it or I use a meat substitute.

Soup, stew, dinner pies, stir frys, casseroles. Almost any dish can be made vegetarian.

Tofu or eggplant are great meat substitutions. Spinach is also a pretty good meat sub if you are cooking Italian.
