You can eat just about anything and your body will burn its calories when you work out. But the food group that digests most easily and cranks out energy easily is carbohydrates. Cereal, waffles, toast, crackers, leftover pizza... you get the idea.
Protein is more important in rebuilding the muscle tissue that's broken down when you lift weights. So you might eat that later in the day.

something that is filling with a lot of protein....then you can drink a red bull. i love red bulls in the morning before I go running. but the are expensive =(

prtein shakes are suppose to be good,and I have heard about blending fruit in a blender with juice is good too.

cereals will help...... u can luk for foods which r rich in protiens and vitamins. after exercise go for carbohydrate rich foods like sugar based stuff (but not too much!). avoid fat foods.
