I always found red wine works for me or I know this sounds all too familliar but warm milk works, clear your mind of all worries of the day (I know easier said then done) and listen to a relaxing c.d. of Ocean waves,a gentle stream or better still have your spouse give you a long backrub with nothing but candles lighting the room and your c.d. of the ocean crashing on the shores of some exotic beach.

my doc put me on Neurontin 900 mgm at bedtime and it works nicely. I used to have all kinds of pain in hands and tingling in my feet. It also knocks me out for the night. Maybe your doc could put you on it.

Use a balm w/tea tree oil. It's worked wonders for my mom.
