No that's a common misconception. That's like saying HIV is a gay disease. HIV/AIDS affects all people, regardless of skin color, age, sexual preference, etc.

No. But so many black people have AIDS/HIV that you must consider all black people as high risk. If you are considering having sex with someone who is black, it is more than a little prudent to insist on an HIV test. Even that is no guarentee if you are looking at a long term relationship because of the infidelity factor and the high risk of the group.

Black or White both are as suspect to HIV as much as the other !
God has made all humans alike and whatever can make a White Person sick can do the same to any other skin color or vice versa !

,no it is just more prevalent in them as HIV started in Africa.. many do not have any idea about protecting them selves,medicines,access to protection and knowledge of how it is spread...so their numbers are higher than here in the USA or other countries
