olive oil (a dash), 1. cut up scallions 2.,tomato (without the skin or seeds) 3. cilantro 4.1/8 tsp. crushed garlic 5. red onion
dice everthing into small triangle-like shapes (you get the size)
if you like, add jalapen'o, by the half- a -pepper, for taste. You know the seeds are very hot in the jalapen'o, so cut them out.
If you want hotter, add more.
Next, USE YOUR IMAGINATION!
I think I left off lemon. Just 1/8 tsp to each cup size you make.
These are just suggestions.. You ought to write down everything you put in yours, just in case you want to add something else, totally different. We never really measured. We just do it by the color and texture and how hot. Of course, taste. Have fun in the kitchen and venture out with your own recipe and then you can call it "Ms Coco's" Salsa!!! : )

Cut 3 tomatoes into small pieces. Rough blend 1 tomato in the blender, about 4 or 5 1 sec pulses. Be careful coz we dont want to puree the poor tomato. Finely chop 1/4 of a small onion ( pref red ). One green thai chilly or 1 jalapeno pepper without seeds. One tablespoon of ketchup. 2 pinches of salt and 5 turns on a pepper mill Juice of 1/2 a lime. Remember to roll it first. You will need either a blender or a food processor to blend these ingredients together...
tomatoes, cilantro, salt, pepper, Serrano peppers, jalapeno peppers, onion, cider vinegar, lemon juice, tomato sauce to thicken it up...
These are not any exact measurements...
It is a blend to taste and you either add more or less of each ingredient to make it taste right for you...
Basically the blender or processor will be filled with the mixture while blending and you should have enough to serve several people in a large bowl with chips...
It is only a matter of taste for each person so I don't have exact measurements...
Hope this turns out good for you...

Dice about 6 roma tomatoes, half of a red onion, and a couple of jalapeno peppers. Toss the mixture in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of lime juice, and add some salt to taste.
Very quick and easy.

Tomato, green onion, jalapeno, cilantro, salt and pepper and maybe a dash of cumin. Chop it all together, but first remove the seeds from and jalapeno pepper if you don't want it hot.
