I'm not sure what you mean by 'authentic' but I will give you the recipe I made. I ate at a Japanese restaurant one night and the dressing was to die for! The next day I played around with the ingredients and managed to replicate the recipe. It's especially good with avocados and cucumbers!
2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp, Honey, Warmed Until Runny
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tsp. Fresh Shredded Ginger
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
Put sesame seeds in a food processor and grind into a powder. Add all other ingredients and process until smooth. If you refrigerate the leftovers, warm slightly before serving-the honey seperates.
