Y'all be makin me starvin hungry!!!!! My favorite foods are of the creole-cajun persuasion; like in the winter time, a good seafood chicken gumbo or a okry gumbo. Next is, a nice spicy jumbalie, with rice, red beans, tomato gravy or sauce and meats of some sort. (jambalaya), made from left overs is best. YYYUUUUMMMMMMM!! Then some good ol' spicy hot fresh hot boiled crawfish when I'm in the mood to peel shells....and ssssshhhhhh.......My own speciality; a rich and bountiful creole spaghetti with sausage, shrimp, chicken, crawfish and some ground beef that's well seasoned or spicy hot with cayenne pepper and sprinkle some garlic powder in it!! man!! Cest si bon!! Don't add no cheese no!! It will only mess up the wonderful flavor!! And for you yankees I got a wimpy mild flavor for you too.....chickens.....pok pok poook poook pa pooook!! lol Just jokin. I also noticed that alot of Italian dishes and/or recipes and creole-cajun recipes eat well when the two are merged together. They really do!!

Aaaaaaaaah Indian food, in all its glory, from vegetable Jaipuri to Kashmiri Aloo Dum, from stuffed tomatos to cracked pepper poppadums (I didnae touch the meat in India, I'm not as green as I'm cabbage looking, I've seen how they prepare the damn stuff - and I STILL got sick as a dog)

I want to go back to India. Mmmm my mouths watering.

Yeah, pasta is pretty good with a quality (home made) tomato sauce. However, when I absolutely, positively have to have something to make me smile, it is curry every time.
