Unless you can buy it yourself, you just need to make her understand how important it is (to you) to drink soy milk as opposed to cow's milk. If you're that serious about it, she should respect that and try to accomodate you. Since it's probably more expensive, though, maybe you should offer to come up with a way to pay for it -- through chores, or with a job if you're old enough.

Go to a cheap asian grocery store and buy a few kilos of rice. do a google search for rice milk and make your own. It's quick, easy and realy cheap. It's yummier and won't mess with your hormone balance like soy milk and will be non GM. Any soy product that is not organic is dangerous for you as they use the American super soy genically modified frankenbeans.
Don't listen to vegans they are full of dangerous misinformation.

Animal treatment depends on which company you buy products from. There is a store in my town that sells Organic Valley products (I don't know if you have the option). After investigating the company I found that the cows are free-range, vegetarian feed, and are milked only 15 minutes twice per day. Most dairies milk their cows for hours and then don't allow them to see sunlight.
I know there are still going to be occurences of animal cruelty; but, there are options.

Read and follow all of the advice listed from the others. Encourage her to do the same. And the following is for your mom... Way to go! You have raised a thoughtful intelligent self thinker and it sounds like she is making a wise, developmentally normal, and safe attempt to express her autonomy. Hey, at least she's not doing drugs and getting pregnant, right? Here's the thing, I am a second generation vegetarian and my beautiful children are third generation. My husband and I have been very well informed for 15+ years on diet nutrition and exercise. Our kids and ourselfs, as well as my parents are heart healthy thin and maintain plenty of lean muscle mass. Every system of our physical bodies function at above normal levels. Our children don't get sick often, have never had cavities, my dad is in the shape of men half his age. Please give your child a chance to be healthy in a way that feels right to her. Goo Luck to you both!

I drink soy milk (but not because of the veal industry). I find it tastes better, is easier to digest, has more protien, more nutrition, and you can get it spiked with vanilla and cinnamon!

Simply tell your mum that she's a good mum, but you are in an age when you have to make a stand for your opinions. Explain that we, humans, don't need to eat meat and although you understand her, you have decided to stop having meat because of the way it is processed and because you cant eat something that is nothing else than a killed animal's body parts.

Hmm...I dunno. Throw some in the carriage when you go to store with her. Soy milk, w/ added nutrients, is literally healthier than low fat milk. Some are even cheaper than damn milk. I use Enriched Soy Dream, vanilla flavored Soy milk. It's available un-cold. Uh, in an aisle where other milks would be, like nonfat milk powder, ricemilk, etc. Where I buy 'em, they're only about 1.5 to 2.00 each. Look for those and show 'em to her...maybe she'll consider it.

To convince your mom to buy soy milk, just tell her you love soy milk, and dairy milk tastes awful.

Find coupons for soy milk if you find it's too expensive. This way your mother won't feel like she's throwing money away.
