Flax seed is very good nutrition-wise. You can grind it into flax seed meal and add it to oatmeal and muffins and everything. I've been known to crunch them down whole. But you probably won't want to do that.

Try roasted pumpkin seeds. Clean out a pumpkin, rinse the seeds well in water to remove all the gunk. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350F until dry (about 10 to 15 minutes).

Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, any kind of nut, pomegranate seeds... You can find many in baked goods and granola bars!

Pumpkin seeds are great and you can roast them in the oven with a little seasoning that is spicy and this makes a great snack !
