I have never smoked and someone asked me to take a puff off their cigarette. I did and it did not make me cough or get sick. I smoked the whole cigarette and felt fine. Why did I not cough or get sick to my stomach as I jave heard people do when they try to smoke.

Don't be a fool. Do not start smoking. Once you are addicted, you will suffer greatly, then discover so many places that you CAN'T Smoke in. Even Second hand smoke is a danger. Smoking is also getting very expensive. $5 for a pack of 20? Gosh, what a waste of money.

Some people are allergic, just as they are with Pollen, Dust, dog hair and dander.

I work with smokers every single day. Do not be fooled into thinking that you are the one miracle that will never get sick. You may not be sick now, but you will be eventually. Stop now before an addiction takes over. If not, it will be a decision you will regret for the rest of your life. Simply put, it is not worth it. And at $5 and some-ot cents, invest your money into like a fund for a boat or something you can actually get real pleasure from. 50 years from now you can look back on all that time you spent out in your boat, as opposed to all that time you spent in the smoking section, or outside on the porch in the hot/cold.

Don't be fooled. I was fine with my first one, that doesn't mean it isn't doing something else to your body. Smoking is really bad, I watched a relative die from lung cancer. My personal theory is that if smoking is somewhere in your family, you won't have that nasty reaction because you are predisposed possibly to the addiction of nicotein. Just my theory.

Thats because some people dont do it right. Some of them suck alot and the smoke goes in very quicklyand makes them feel like coughing and vomiting. Just like you I tried it too and nothing happened to me but one of my friend did it and he was almost choking.

the ones that get sick the first time are lucky, they will generally not continue to smoke, i wish i had gotten sick my first time, i probably would not be a smoker of almost 16 years. (I am only 31, i've smoked half of my lifetime)
