No, not really. Her breath might be bad the next morning.My wife swallows my loads all the time and she has no problems. It is extremely arousing to even think about a woman taking it all down her throat though, woo hoo! LOL

nothing bad will happen as long as she doesnt think its gross and if she does think it gross she could vomit out of disgust but nothing bad happens
