Well, you don't finger ovaries. You finger the vagina.
And women don't have sperm - they have vaginal secretions.
Yes there is HIV in those secretions, but fingering is a very safe activity, unless you have open sores on your hands that haven't scabbed over yet.

Okay. We have ovaries being "fingured". I can't imagine how that would happen. Then we have "womens sperm" which seems to be getting on someone's "fingures". Weird...

AIDS (aquired immmune deficancy syndrome) can be spead via blood or sexual fluids (semen, ect) through sexual intercourse or an open wound or other opening (eyes, MAYBE mouth primaraly)
But that's it.
