sounds like a panic attack or anxiety. maybe request a low dose valium or ativan to calm you down. It could also be muscular, try a massage or some sort of relaxation therapy or yoga. If that doesnt work maybe request a MRI or cat scan to rule out nerve or disc problems in your neck. But it really does sound like anxiety, something going on in your life??

First of all, you ARE NOT TOO YOUNG to have a heart attack. Second of all, MRIs and CAT SCANs are not the tests to diagnose heart related symptoms. Thirdly, someone giving their OPINION about giving you anything chemical is CRIMINAL. Not only criminal in a legal sense, but in an ethical sense, too.
NONE of these people are qualified to give medical advise on any level. They are not medically trained, and even an MD not specializing in cardiology, should be answering this question.(there are rare exceptions to this, however). I am, and I repeat for the tenth time on this site, sick of excusing these people, as well intentioned. I can't believe that an adult would have the gall to think that this is the place to share potentially harmful advise.
As for you, my friend, you are just as absurd as they are.
My words are harsh, but perhaps they will protect you in the future. I can certainly understand your fear. Don't get me wrong. No one has the right or training to tell you that this is all in your head, either. Even if it were, who are they to say or offer anything as an answer? What if there was a real problem with you, and you took the advise of any person who has answered here before me? Does it enter your mind that they could be wrong? Obviously, you asked this question innocently. Still, can you see the danger you might be putting yourself in by taking their wrong and unprofessional advise? You'd better, and hopefully it will prevent you from EVER asking for medical advise on the internet.
My advise for you, at this point, is to get someone, preferably a cardiologist, to explain to you, in detail, why it is that you have nothing to worry about. The blood work they did on you in the ER answers many questions for the docs. If an ER doctor is over his head ,as far as diagnosing, he will call in a cardiologist as consult. Generally, however, an ER doctor IS qualified to make a diagnosis. This is the point, though. If you are crazy with worry, and you fear it's more than anxiety, you need to see someone else to put you mind at rest.
Let me assure you that even a cardiologist could not answer your questions here. There is no history given. They can't possibly examine you online. Do you see? There's nothing to go on. What are the chances you have heart problems? No one here could know that, either. Medicine is a very scary thing these days. I've heard nightmares, but one way to prevent mishap is to seek the right kind of help, and to ask questions. Also, if you are not satisfied with the answers, keep asking until you are. Your health is your responsibility, too. You must be an active participant in your healthcare.
ENOUGH, you say?
Hope this helps you. Good luck.

If it were me I would take coenzyme q10, arguably the most important heart nutrient there is. I would also take pomegranate, grape seed extract, and l-carnitne. Magnesium would be essential. These, combined, will take care of the problem.
