stay put on your focus and set beside the other things. Try to work on a silent and peaceful place. Avoid the temptations that would be a destruction to your work.

When you're doing something, think about how wonderful it will come out and promise yourself some treat after you do it for a certain amount of time. Self-discipline is hard, and even if you don't want to do it anymore, keep on doing it. In the end, you'll thank yourself and enjoy what you gave yourself when you disciplined yourself. It's human nature to not want to do something, to relax.

Be all you can be. Try to reach your potential. Stay focus, as though you were in the batter's box, and swing with the goal of hitting the ball. Self-discipline requires passion, courage, and determination. Don't sweat the small stuff.
