What you wrote is not simplify Chinese. It's traditional Chinese.
In simplify Chinese it is...

愿望我涅瓦河你一起结束但是

litterally...
願望 desire/wish
我 I
涅瓦河 Neva river (in St. Petersburg)
跟你一起 together with you
結束 finish/conclude
但是 but

I personally dont think that a native Chinese wrote that.. anyway... a possible translation that make somehow sense would be...
"I have the desire to die with you in the Neva river but"

I got this translated - "But the desire I alunite the tile river finished together with you". I did not get this - Alunite, Tile river????

this is chinese to english translation.

But when I translate it from Japanese - - - -

Wishful our 涅 tile river 跟 你 one happening unity 但 right.

The two languages are almost similar!!!!!
Wishful - Desire, Tile river , Alunite may be unite or unity.
