The problem is gutless people like yourself. Phrasing questions but all you want is to destroy.

It depends on your intention with the carrot and the stick. If you plan on feeding someone with the carrot and using the stick to help a lame man walk then they are the answer. If you instead choose to stick the carrot in places that the sun don't shine and then beat someone with the stick then they are part of the problem.
