Every microbe has its abilities to over come environmental conditions.Some of them Named Psodomonas can live on soaps and even in air condioners.But the infection with any micobe depends on many things ,one of them is one's own immunity.So not eveyone will be ill when infected.

I know they can live on soap. This is one of the reasons why we see so many public restrooms that use pump soap instead of bars of soap.

there are a very small number of pathogens that can survive those conditions.
they are not common and should not be a problem unless you bring them into your home in your own body.
