How about asking where you saw said package, where it was supplied from, it doesn't sound like a run of the mill product you'd have seen in someones kitchen, so go to your original source and start there.

I've seen cake filling come in those plastic bags; you snip the corner off and squeeze between cake layers. Pineapple, strawberry, blueberry, apple.....

Check your local bakery supply or cake deco supply stores.
