it is not a question of owner ship. Legally men are bound to pay child support. Sometimes marriage is not a factor here so prenups are not useful. I understand it takes two to tango, that's just part of our nature. As part of a civilized society, this should be a choice for the man to participate. It should not have to be forced.

doubt that will happen. lol just don't get trapped. i feel you though hun. it isn't right. two adults consenting to engage in sexual participation while one of the partners has a hidden agenda. not right

why can't you use protection - then if she does have a hidden agenda it won't matter.
children should be here beacuse both perents want and love them - not because a woman decides it time. it should be discussed properly so that both parties understand the responsibility that children bring.
if a woman did get pregnant on the sly though it suggests that she must really want a baby. the changes that happen to your body while pregnant and the life time commitment afterwards are not to be taken lightly
i don't agree with women pretending to be on the pill or whatever and then getting pregnant without the mans knowledge - but if you use a condom all the time it won't matter

Have you not thought about talking, these things should be brought out in the open before commitment, you can't have a law on Love, or a contract. If you don't want children then you should find somebody you feel the same. If things change once children are well tough, live it, I could not live without my children, even if I left their mother. children are for life, and I pity you because of the way you are, and the way you are thinking.
Have more respect for women, and Children

Why, I don't see any men volunteering to carry around a watermelon for 9 months. Not to mention giving birth. Why should you have a choice. I'm not saying that abortion is right either. How can you make a choice with someone Else's body. Maybe you should just not have sex that would solve the problem. And if you want kids then find someone who also wants kids, before you jump into the sack with them.

its called a prenuptial agreement. of course for the prenuptial
agreement to be legal you have to follow up by signing the marriage contract.
