I want to know why people tend to associate bad beheviours to certain race

Well, it's because some cultures have different views on bad behaviours. What's good in the U.S. might not be good in Asia.

It is not the color of the skin. It mostly is the culture they were born and raised into. People the same color generally come from one general culture. Not always true but then when most do then it is easy to say they all are the same. In one word, ignorance.
