I'm sorry to tell you this: but all denominations follow the Catholic Religion.
"And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."= Rev.17:5

"...and all the world wondered after the beast." = Rev.13:3.
***(Notes: Dan.7:25; 8:12.)***

Many Sunday Denominations believe like the Catholic:
Sunday Observance, Pagan Days, Going to Heaven, Trinity, Jesus's Death Friday and Resurrection Sunday

SDA believe like the Catholic:
Pagan Days, Trinity, Going to Heaven, Jesus's Death Friday and Resurrection Sunday

Other Sabbath Churches believe like the Catholic:
1 or more Catholic Doctrines.

Jehovah Witnesses believe like the Catholic:
Jesus's Death Friday and Resurrection Sunday.

I believe Sunday Churches are; if I had to pick.
If I remember right I believe there are two denominations that follow the Catholic Religion real close.
I don't know them off-hand.
After looking on the internet; I believe 1 is the Angelican.

Many of them are. They all have their basis in Catholicism, even if they are new and come from yet another Protestant Denom. I don't think many realize that it was the Roman Catholic Church who kept the Bible for about 1500 yrs, not letting the common people (who couldn't read anyway) have it. So basically, they all come from it.

Ever wonder why, right after the Catholic Church took over, the era is called the Dark Ages?

Lutheran....but most are getting closer by the day

"True protestant" none...for even Martin Luther said that the papacy was the very seat of antichrist.

(2Th 2:11) And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

and the old Westminster Confession of the Presbyterians is now robbed of this part...

VI. There is no other head of the Church but the Lord Jesus Christ: nor can the Pope of Rome in any sense be head thereof; but is that Antichrist, that man of sin and son of perdition, that exalteth himself in the Church against Christ, and all that is called God.

I think that the Episcopals are the closest to Catholic, though the Lutheran services and Catholic masses are very much alike these days (I heard they were quite different in the past).

The High Church within the Anglican Communion (Church of England, Episcopal Church), which is a mirror image of Catholicism, except that they do not accept the Pope as their highest authority. (That job is divided between Queen Elizabeth II and the Archbishop of Canterbury.)

Probably High Anglican, their services retain some of the features of Catholic services and their beliefs are closer to those of Catholics.

Church of England aka Episcopalian (US) aka Anglican (Canada).

Henry VIII was honoured as the "Defender of the [Catholic] Faith" before he founded the CofE. Or as a comedian said "that's like a preppy Catholic."
