First, be VERY sure about it, then ask your mother politely about it and find out what's really going on. If your guess is true, then work out a plan to get your parents relationship renewed.Tell her the consequences if you dad got to know about it and that it would destroy your family. I know I've made it look simple but I know it's easier said than done!

Are they divorce? If they are, then sure go ahead. It might just trigger your father to win back your mom. If they are not, then verify it. if it's true, then confront the guy. Don't tell your father unless you cant do anything anymore.

No. I'm 46, my son thought I had one . I was attendeding Support meetings for family members of drug addicts, Stepfather was doing Meth. Don't assume anything. if you are close to your mom, just show her love, she'll give you the 411 if she sees you are being mature about it.
