My girl dumped me. I am history now.
她 給 我 扔 了. 我 是 過 去 人物.

I am sorry for posting so much. I am in your face, but I get so flustered when a 12 year old girl tells me where to get off.

Should I add something to 扔 ?
such as 扔 掉 ?
她 給 我 扔 掉 了.
How about saying someone is past or history? that is different from a has-been, isn't it?
How do you describe someone that you have stopped seeing and someone that you are no longer romantically interested in?

扔 literally means "to throw / cast"
"給我扔了" means "thrown away by me"

If the "girl" in your sentence means "girlfriend", I think maybe you can say
我的女友把我甩了。現在我已成為歷史了。
wo de nu you ba wo shuai le. xian zai wo yi cheng wei li shi le
(My girlfriend dumped me. Now I have become history.)


But for "現在我已成為歷史了", I think it will look more understandable if you add "在她的心目中 (meaning 'in her mind')"

Therefore, a better way to say it would be
"我的女友把我甩了。現在，在她的心目中，我已成為歷史了。"
Sometimes you can also ignore the "的".

If your X-girl is 12 you are probably around the same age ( I hope ) If so, you have nothing to worry about, you are young, it will hurt for a while but you will get over it soon, find a new girl to focus on = )
