its tagalog the filipino language and it means

wala = nothing
si = like
titi = d.i.c.k
mo = you

so itrs nothing like your dick?? more like " where is your d.i.c.k???"

"wala" means nothing or not there is nothing.

"si"- it is said before the the name of a person

"mo" means your

but i dont know the meaning of of "titi"

this sentence makes no sense, but maybe if you wrote "wala ang titi mo" (your titi is nowhere to be found) it might make more sense.
