I'm gonna have to say the F-E-A-T-H-E-R, I don't know what a fether is. Anyway, it is said in the "Bible", crock of $hit, that "God" made all the animals and humans and crap. There was no mention about any rain. And all of the movies I've seen dpict the weather bright and sunny.
