You got married for a reason....and now you're wife is getting ready to give you the start of a family. Granted that's a lot to deal with, but sex isn't the only way.
Cheating, not a good option. You'll lose your wife and child before its born.
Two suggestions:
#1. Masturbation (not as satisfying, but it will get you by.)
#2. Talk to your wife and then the doctor....you can still have sex with her even though she's pregnant, unless it would somehow endanger the baby (that's why consult her OB)

i hope you are not thinking of cheating because i think that would be absolutely disgusting. think about your wife.
if she's on bed rest, that must mean she is having health issues. you are about to have a child, your wife is going through all these problems, how selfish are you? you can't put sex out of your mind until after the birth?

if you weren't ready for pregnancy you should have thought of that before you decided to have the baby. you need to be there for your wife and child. instead of looking for another woman go and help around the house as much as you can so your wife can rest.

If I am not mistaken, intercourse is still possible when the woman is pregnant but you'd have to be gentle and do it in certain positions. So why not have a go at that unless of course that is really impossible. Whatever it is, for goodness sake, don't cheat on your wife.

well dear some situation here my wife preg have 2 kids already its very hard time to contoral but i just say one when you think for sex turn on tv or watch a good movie and try to make a good realationship with her ... i am sure you will like my answer i know your situation because i am also faceing these kind of problem bye

don't you love your wife? if not, why get her pregnant in the first place? She's not going to be pregnant forever is she? And just because she is on bed rest doesn't mean she can't give you pleasure in other ways if she feels up to it, you don't have to have penetrative sex.
When your wife is pregnant with your child, you should be putting her needs first, not your own. It's hard work being pregnant, you know!
