due to ignorance i fried some sausages with plastic skin still on it and ate it (wif a bit of the skin). kids ate some too (minus plastic)

is it poisonous? how will it affect my health?

I doubt it was plastic. FDA has rules about things like that. I wouldnt worry to much about it. Most likely it was cellulose wrap, not plastic.
