We live together, he works (but he recently quit) and I go to school in the summer. We're 21 and 22 and have been dating for 2 years. Everyday he wants to go out to eat, or bring food home (he hates eating at home)... but other than that he never wants to do anything with me. He doesn't like to go out, just go to the bookstore or park etc. It makes me mad and I'm wondering if this is ok? Should I tell him to take more interest in doing stuff with me?
*During the day/night he plays online games with his xbox, I spend my days reading, taking care of the dogs and the internet.

Sounds like responsibility and motivation to make a good life for both of you are out the window with this loser! If he doesnt want to do stuff with you without you forcing him, i say look for someone who appreciates you, ask yourself are you willing to take this over the long haul?I bet you bring most the income in now and he just loves his life while you do the stressing! I had a friend, she was married to the guy, and they had 2 children. He was (at that point) 23, she was 27. He was playing videogames NON-STOP for 10-13 hours straight. They divorced finally. Brrr...

Talk to him, many of problems are because there is no dialog, the comunication is very important, maybe he will understand u
