Don't be discouraged! You can go to your counselor and get enrolled for next semester to complete the units you need to graduate. If you are totally against that idea, G.E.D is an option. Most employers require you to have at the least a high school diploma, or a G.E.D. You've come so far, don't give up!

I'm not sure if you have a question or if you'e just venting. If you decide you want your diploma later on in order to support yourself above poverty level, you can do it...and go to college. I did it. My husband never did. He works at Walmart. I'm a teacher. What are your plans?

well have you been doing the required work, but they wont just let you do nothing, if your not attending classes, and your not doing the requires work, then they are not going to continue giving you credit for something you are obviously not the least bit interested in!

I've always wanted to ask people who drop out their Senior year of high school. WHY!?!?! You were almost done!!!! See if you can go back to school and get your diploma.

you shouldn't be surprised by that. the school probably thinks you're not coming back so they freed up space for a student that actually attends on a regular basis.
