With a bachelors degree in environmental or resource sciences there's not many careers you can take on. Most jobs requiring this type of knowledge requires at least a masters or phd degree. Even after a graduate degree it is hard to find a job in the field unless somebody from the field retires, very few chances to actually get into the career of actively working with environmental issues.
However, after receiving a bachelors degree you may want to check out a professional program such as Pharmacy or write your MCAT to try to get into dentistry or med school. Or you can get an MBA (Masters Business Arts) degree and work with management concerning environmental issues.
