there are reasons why i don't want him to buy me gifts for no reason:
1 - he should have save up his money on better use
2 - they're mostly electronic stuff like mp3 player, usb pens, laptop, and he recently got me a phone - they're nice but i don't need any of them actually...
3 - i never asked for them
so how can i tell him to stop buying me unneccesary gifts?

Tell him you appreciate all that he has gotten you and that you all ready have all you want want and need. Then look him in the eyes put your arms around his neck and with a smile tell him " I 've got you after all. what more could I need?".
That should get him to quit buying you stuff for a while. Then again it might just start something , in a good way . ;) (wink). So you might not want to use that last line unless....
Okay. I'm being devious. On a more serious note, thank him. Let him know you appreciate his kindness but explain to him that you really don't need any of the things he has gotten you. Explain to him that your aren't refusing his kindness you just think it would be better if he saved that money instead, to invest in something more worth while later on.
I think it is quite caring of you to even think about it. Some poeple wouldn't have, they would have just kept taking the gifts.

You are crazy. Men like this are hard to find. You need to wake up and be happy that he cares for you. Maybe, just maybe, you can't accept his gifts because you don't think you are worth it deep down. Maybe you want to make him feel stupid ... I don't know. You are hurting him by rejecting his gestures of love and kindness.
Another thing you can do is drop little hints about the kinds of gifts you really like ... but not when he just gave you a new set of golf clubs or a power drill.

you sit him down and tell him baby i know you love me but you can also show me in other ways then to keep buying me gifts because then i start to think you real don't love me i wanna see what your other passion for me are
