Chicken, not fried...roasted, some mashed potatos, corn and maybe some gravy for the potatoes. For desert, a nice home made apple pie.

Mmmm, I would go with a succulent grilled rack of lamb with a devastatingly fantastic chardonnay sauce, some garlic mashed potatos with a hint of cheddar and some asparagus. Or fish sticks. They're both the same.

You can have what we had ---- fresh baked salmon,potato salad and asparagus in butter sauce - whole wheat buns. - cheesecake for dessert.
