i like this guy we went out once like for a week and he broke up with me but i still love him but im afraid of rejection?

Just move on to someone else. Honestly, he probably wasn't worth it! He probably would have dumped you later for someone else. It sounds like he doesn't want to commit and maybe he was just after one thing anyhow, better you found out now instead of later.
Forget about him and just find someone else. I know it can be hard to be rejected but that is how life is.....Simple and true.

Sorry about your luck but who isn't afraid of rejection. You think us guys aren't afraid every time we ask a girl to dance to get turned down. Get over it, move on. If you make yourself to available then he will never Chase after you. So let it be known through a mutual friend that you enjoyed yourself and yea if he asked you might consider going out with him again. Don't play hard to get but play hard, guys like a challenge

I am sorry to break it to you but if you went out with him for one week and he broke up with you he probably doesn't feel the same about you. If i was you i would leave him alone because all you will get in the end is hurt and rejection.

how old are you? you probably shouldn't be calling it "love" if it's only been a week. Don't be afraid of rejection, but if this guy broke up with you, then you're better off letting him go. Take up jogging or yoga instead - it should be a better use of your time anyway.

You have your whole life ahead of you. The rejection will vanish in time. Your life now is important. Get to know others. Attend social functions that are safe and try to meet folks who want to make a commitment to others. Singles organizations, Church Organizations etc. are often helpful. well if he broke up with you after only one week then he must not care that much. i know you love him and it is sad from what boys do to girls..but.. u need to go out with someone that cares for you. and that wants to be with you.and that will stay with you for a long time and love you. u dont need some jerk that will only last a week.

NO!!! DO NOT GO BACK OUT WITH THAT GUY!!! Now that you've come out of your shell a bit, he probably wants a more "physical" relationship. (you know what I mean). It is a bad idea. DONT DO IT!!
