Frankly, a lot of women find that they are too sensitive after their orgasm and would rather have the attention devoted elsewhere (breasts, neck, lips if she's not squeamish, etc...). Normally, if I want the guy to continue after I've come, I TELL HIM!

Yes it is a good thing. Try slowing down and go softly while she does and it should prolong the whole thing and be more enjoyable to her. That's how I like it [;-)
