as Patience said-- but to actually hang-- get a picture hanging kit-- use eye bolts (tiny ones)-- make sure they are secure in the frame-- string the wire between, then make sure your wall hook is strong enough-- you may need to use a molly bolt-- not one of the little plastic things-- I'm thinking the window is heavy. There may be molly bolts in the kit.
good luck

Clean up the window nicely. Paint if needed. Hang on the wall just like it is, put a painting of a country scene behind it, or tape pictures to a piece of cardboard fit to each pane and use it as a giant picture frame.

Paint it white and use crackle medium on it...Then hand small sheer lace curtains on it. On the part of the wall you are going to hang it on make a scence of trees and flowers and maybe another house. Hand the window pane over the picture. Enjoy and admire the look!

Attach a mirrow behind the frame (either after painting it, or leaving it as-is). If you think it needs more, attach a shelf or flower box to the bottom and place a few fake flowers within. My stepmom did this, and it turned out looking VERY nice and very "country". To look a bit more modern, simply paint the frame black and attach a mirror to the back, then hang.

For a shabby chic look, make it weathered by sanding if it looks too fresh as is.
If you think it looks too bare alone, you could put it up on a white shelf with a simple small glass vase with simple white flowers. The key color is WHITE.

Don't paint it. Don't put silly pictures behind it. Just hang it up, as is.
