The true one is the one Jesus talked about and started after the Jewish organization of his time rejected him. Than they said there is just One. Which one--those who follow what he said (all of it). The requirements are set-most do not follow them. The bible is the proof and it can be used for that purpose (Timothy). If they are not using and applying don't accept it. No excuses like it doesn't apply or it doesn't quite say that or we change it (or name) and it isn't bad now, or we don't like it or he wouldn't because. Its all there follow it and if someone or church doesn't do all of it its useless.

Finding the true religion is a TASK which need to be taken with an open mind and with refernce to science and logic. I have found Islam to be so far the true religion I have put Islam to all sorts of tests and have not found any loop holes.

My approach was that I checked it against all science it talks of and its proven 100% correct, and no flaws in them, some other unique things I found are the numeric scheme in it, which cannot be imagined, I cannot find a single contradiction in it, I was amazed to find even the word contradiction is mentioned only once !

Well so what ? there are fancy things in the bible too, the intersting thing about quran is how much it presses humans to study, think and learn. All religions give you some commandments and ask us to beleive blindly whereas Islam has strongly told us to study, then do good deeds so it is a very logical religion "So far"

I would like you to do a research on some religions you chose then compare them to islam and make a conclusion for yourself. Good Luck

I believe that each and every person of practicing religions believe that their religion is the truth. Personally, I am a Christian; I believe in God. He said, "I am the way, the truth and the life." This verse says everything you need to know.

I dont believe any religion is the truth.. I think religion was made up by people as a way to control people with fear to do what they wanted them to do. I dont believe in a big man on the clouds god, but I do think "god" is an energy or another sense that we just dont understand yet.

There is no "true" religion. God is not religious.....God is spiritual. Religion is an invention of human being that has perverted our creator's truth in more ways than we can count. Every religion is out for their own self-promotion..money, fame and more money. It makes me sick. If you want to have a relationship with God, with the one who gives you your breath each and every day of your life, try staying out of churches. Seek our creator in the quiet of the forests or while praying at sunrise, when no one else is around. Close your eyes and listen with your heart and mind and spirit. Then and only then will you begin to understand what a real relationship with your maker is.....and how shallow all of this other garbage we've been fed for most of our lives is. No word of man can even come close to the spiritual communication that you develop with your father in heaven after focusing on him and only him for years and years. I got so tired of religions a long time ago and went to the source...and found peace.

CHRISTIANITY. Believing in The Son, The Father, and The Holy Spirit, the creator of the heavens and earth, and accepting Jesus into your heart. Live by the bible and learn to know God better. Personally i am just plain Christian, cause all the denominations of Christianity are different and i think that there shouldn't be any extra rules or books that have to be taught with the religion besides what the good book itself says. good luck! God bless!

I can't prove anything about God or religion, although I believe in God--the ONLY TRUE GOD in the world. Hence believing in God is truth itself.

islam

I can you prove it....

if you beleve in the Qur'an you beleve in Allah"God".

For those who doubt the Quran, Can you explain this?

Who Wrote the Holy Qur'an?

Of course there is no video tape that shows God giving Mohammad the Holy Qur'an.

But if you think about it
The Quran in Arabic could only have been written by ONE of 3 possible sources:

1. Mohammad
2. The Arabs
3. God (Allah)

1. Mohammad (peace be upon him)
If the Qur'an was written fourteen centuries ago by Muhammad or someone contemporary to him, that it would be full of scientific errors. The fact that the Qur'an is consistent with science still today ((mentioned facts only recently discovered or proven by scientists)), therefore, is a powerful piece of evidence of the authenticity of the Qur'an as God's word. This is particularly impressive when we consider recent scientific discoveries which are found to be already stated in some form in the Qur’an.

2. the Arabs :
You might say a group of Arabs or an individual wrote it ,(( The fact that the Qur'an mentioned facts only recently discovered or proven by scientists)) that means the Arabs keep (( updating Qur'an )).

if its true then why is it that if you went to all the Islamic countries east and west You will only find (( one version of the Qur'an )) ?????

That leaves us to our third option: God wrote it!

i am damn confident that Buddhism is the truth.i can prove it but you didn't tell that of which religion you belongs.Buddha told people to think and act logically.he told people that there is no god.only matters is the truth, the truth that lies inside you.do you believe in this that god created everything in just 7 days.everyone know that man is evolved from primary mammals.do you believe in judgment day.i know you not but still coz we are afraid of our own ignorance we keep on believing in such things.i am not just pointing Christianity but also other religions.Buddha never told his students such meaningless things.also he didn't accept the race discrimination.for him every people are same.he didn't divide people on the basis of race colour caste and so on.
so moral of the story is that if you are looking for the best religion that religion wud definitely be Buddhism.if you are still in doubt go and read out some good books or you can log on to different websites of Buddhism.
i dont believe in god coz this is highly stupidity that you are seeking mercy or goodness from such thing whom you never seen.for me god or i can say truth lies within me.i am not like those people who blame god if they are unhappy and then they start loving what you called god when they are happy.its just using the name of god.

The religion that can subject its beliefs to the scientific process, and have those beliefs come out unscathed, is the true one. Any that can't do this are BS.

God doesn't pass this test. That's why I don't believe in him/them/it. Why then do I choose reason over faith? I have a personal preference for consistency. There is no aspect of my life I would even consider using faith for. I'm quite certain it would kill me in ordinary life, so why should I make a special exception for it regarding religion?
