About 1300 calories spread over a few small meals. I take in a relatively small number of calories because I only drink water and herbal tea. I never drink cola, juice, fancy coffees, etc.

I eat breakfast sometimes, lunch definite and dinner I drink water through out my day or juice sometimes coke. it hot where I live, I occasionally grab a candy bar.

Too much for my size. I have a severe iron defficiency, so I need to eat a lot to keep me from feeling weak...or maybe that's just an excuse to pig out. Whatever, I work out a lot to balance it out.

light bfast like oats or 2 slices of bread with coffee, no lunch & my dinner is not heavy or light. =)
