The skin color doesn't bother me. It's because Mexicans always smell like that flowery washing detergent sh*t, live about 20 deep in a small house, don't believe in health or car insurance, like having about 7 or 8 kids per family and exploiting our government aid, don't mind working 3 or 4 jobs instead of demanding a living wage, and are extremely adamant about not amalgamating with our American culture like speaking English and showing respect to OUR American flag. I see mexicans all the time hanging the mexican flag in the United States on their homes. Take your *** back to mexico then. No other culture really does that but the hispanics..mostly mexican. I don't feel feel sorry for the mexicans. Blacks have had it a lot harder than you and should deserve way more than you. Mexicans have been given way more than they ever have and whine more than they do, and yet still you think we owe you something.

Omg the last two answers from those two idiots before me are completly bogus! Right I'm sure that ALL Americans use proper grammar-considering that there is a large amount of teenagers dropping-off of high school and they get to be 40 and doesn't know how to spell correctly, oh and yeah all of the people who crossed the border are criminals, and so are we. You have got to be kidding me, there is more crime happening from the "Americans" than from the cause that these people is doing. If it wasn't for the large amount of illegal immigrants in the US, the US wouldn't be doing as well as it is today. Besides, have you all forgotten where ya'll are coming from? All and I do mean ALL of your, mine, and everyone else's ancestors were from a different country! This Nation was established by a bunch of Poor Immigrants who worked hard and made this supposed to be "great" nation. Which is ultimately what these people is trying to do. Oh and another thing, I know Immigrants who speak, read and write better than American citizens who's been here they're entire life!

Mexico is the wealthiest country in Latin America with many natural resources; however, the corrupt government of Mexico does not provide for the poor people of Mexico.
Most Mexicans think America is a better country to make a living since one out of 7 Mexican are working in the USA.
And most Mexican-American think the US is a better country since they are now US citizen or permanent residents.
It seen to me the wealthy and elitist Mexicans think they are greater than the poor Mexicans. I sincerely hope some day Mexicans can rise up and overthrow its corrupt government and provide opportunities for all Mexicans.

Mexicans are a proud people who have overcome tremendous adversity to be where they are today.

Why does Vicente Fox forcibly eject 3 million Guatemalans from Mexico, and then attack America for enforcing its borders? Why does the Mexican government allow drug cartels to control its cities?

If the US has the same problems with the cartels, we would find M1A1 Abrams tanks on every street corner. Why does the Mexican government surrender power to the lowest form of life on Earth, drug dealers? Yes, that means lower than the terrorists in the Middle East!

Mexicanos! Be proud! Take back your country. You don't need ours if you have your own!

We don't think we are greater than Mexicans. We do think we did a better job with our country's government, and about 12 million illegal immigrants have voted their agreement with their feet.

We don't want to support Mexico's poor with subsidies to schools, or have already overcrowded and underfunded schools in border states run down by a huge influx of illegal immigrants on top of those who have a right to be here. It costs $18,000 to educate a child for one year in California, and more when you are talking about bilingual education. That drains needed funds from the other children and slows their instruction. The 'better life' for your children is coming at the expense of ours.

If you would break the law to give your family a better life, I think you should understand why we would enforce the law to give our families better lives -- and the education we pay for.

I am an American of Spanish descent. Because I assimilate I have not personally experienced ill treatment from other Americans (what ever their race is). I get more criticism from my fellow Latinos for not being able to speak Spanish. Being different can be a good thing but it can also be a bad thing. There is such a thing as happy medium. Excess is always a bad thing. So, instead of fighting it...just go with the flow.

Your self pity will not work in this country. No matter what country you come from, we have laws. Follow them or get out! It is that simple, we have enough people in this country on a free ride. If you are so proud to be a Mexican, then why come here in the first place? Get a job in Mexico! It has nothing to do with being greater than Mexicans, it's about he law!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, it is the mexicans or the cubans, who once get their blue US passport, start acting civilised, and start to denigrate the mexicans who are still on the "other side".

Same with the africans in the US who have got US passports and claim they are american. Historically, the africans were from..guess...AFRICA..yo ma..yo got da right!

They also are an equal bunch of fanatics, but after all, it is the îlltreatment by some white jerks that did make them that way? And considering the white jerks were europeans, or worse, British, we can understand a lot!

having a honest opinion about illegal immigration is ok, everyones is entitled to feel the way they want to feel. when ppl feel they are better than others just because of skin color difference than that is racism. I am very ashamed at any american who puts themselves above others just because of skin color. i mean have we not learned everyone is created equal. usually when someone is racist its because they are ignorant and can not except anyone different. these ppl probably do not feel very good about themselves so putting others down is the only way they can have some false self esteem. in then end the hate will just eat them up and they will just be angry and hateful.

American's don't think they are better than Mexicans. I think what most Americans have a problem with is Mexican people illegally coming here and making their home here...working here....having children here (who are U.S. citizens because they are born here).... If you want to come to America and be a citizen....then, go through the right channels to become a citizen....Mexico is a beautiful country with beautiful people and a beautiful culture....it is also, poor and corrupt....I'm sorry that you feel this way....I hope that you can come to terms with it and see what the real problem is.
