I taught myself with a book and balls set i got for christmas one year. The real key is to throw the balls in a high arc so that you have time enough to catch them, but they are close enough that you don't have to work too hard for it (if the arc is too wide you have to reach for them too much).

I heard Rick Steeves taught himself how to juggle while waiting for a train in Europe, I figured it can't be that hard - now my kids want me to juggle all the time for them!

Try try till you suceed is the main motive to be kept in your mind.You need to observe before you start.Put your undivided attention on it and you will defenitely get it.

by practicing in your own everyday well that's what i did and it worked. i finished all lemons from my tree, by taking three everyday
